**A Day in the Life**
You will be a trusted adviser and partner to sales leadership as well as an invaluable resource to the CoE Commercial Excellence.
You manage multiple projects at once, often with stakeholders in various business units and geographies. Support strategy and territory design for the WE region.
Work with sales leadership and finance on compensation strategies, commission plans, and payout calculations.Create reports and dashboards as needed, perform ad-hoc data analysis
Administer existing applications, work on troubleshooting, improving, and optimizing systems and processes.
The business analyst is a specialist working under low supervision and collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders. The candidate is comfortable working in fast pace environment and tight deadlines when necessary.
The analyst is an active team member participating with ideas/solutions, thriving to innovate/improve current processes and cooperating with other team members.
Key responsibilities:
Interpreting the sales reporting needs of various business units.
Implementation of incentive plans supporting in country business strategy.
Quarterly calculation of sales commissions according to Regional payroll deadlines
Liaising with finance, business, payroll to process commission payments
Design and provide ad hoc reports and analysis for senior leadership team
Interacts with employees at all levels of the organization and takes responsibility for meeting the needs of the customer while demonstrating an understanding of business objectives
Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify areas where data, analysis and quantitative insights can assist in the sales process
Partner with global BI and local IT teams to develop reports, tools, and system enhancements
Perform standard tasks under low supervision
Identify, anticipate, mitigate potential risk and side effects
Prioritize and complete tasks efficiently and independently with a high degree of accuracy
**Key responsibilities:**

**Must Haves**
2 years in business analysis, and/or administration of sales compensation programs,
Background in finance, sales operations
Proficient in Excel
Demonstrated solid customer service and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English
Advanced level of analytical skills
**Nice to Haves**
Knowledge of the healthcare industry
Knowledge of compensation plan
Experience with SAP
Basic understanding/ experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC)
Any additional language such as French, Spanish, German, Italian is desirable
OTHER SKILLS
Good presentation skills
Strong attention to detail, creative and critical thinking skills
Able to work independently and in a team, performance-driven, team-focused
Can-do attitude and think outside the box personality and desire to learn and be challenged
