The Senior Director, Virtual Care Sales Operations
is a key leadership role on the Virtual Care team within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Health and will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to the Virtual Care sales operations teams. In this critical role, the leader must demonstrate an exceptional understanding of the complexity of the end-to-end lead to cash cycle and how a sales support team is a critical component of the business. He or she will drive the operating models, processes, systems, analytics, and resources that develop capabilities and achieve profitable revenue growth for the Virtual Care business. Leading a newly forming team, the top candidate for this role will have assessed business needs, organized effectively and delivered strong outcomes in a comparable role within the healthcare industry with Payer and Provider business models that include multi-year contracts, devices sales, SaaS, PMPM and subscriptions. Experience in CRM design and deployment, billing systems management, business intelligence, sales compensation & incentives work, forecasting & funnel management, order desk oversight, sales training and lead development required.
This leader must have the corporate agility to pull on resources and partners to execute on deliverables for the Virtual Care business and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Health. This role will require the individual to influence without authority, work through ambiguity with minimal direction and be able to develop strategic solutions from inception to execution.
What will you do?
Operations Strategy & Development
Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify needs and prioritize sales initiatives by ensuring a balance between current needs and future strategic goals. Take a project leadership role to drive strategic sales initiatives, i.e. Client Segmentation, Contract management, and Sales Training
Work with Sales leaders to create and implement key sales processes, operational tools, resources, dashboards and reports that will enhance efficiency and drive growth of the Virtual Care business
Develop and maintain an effective CRM strategy and platform for the Virtual Care sales organization
Sales Enablement
Drive sales force effectiveness
Assist with territory mapping
Manage the Virtual Care catalog
Work with Sales leadership on channel management strategy and execution
Process and Capabilities
Design and implement a Virtual Care order desk
Design and implement a sales forecasting capability
Design and implement funnel management processes and tools
Compensation
Drive effective Sales compensation strategy, partnering with Virtual Care leadership team, Sales team, HR and Finance.
Pipeline Management
Design and implement marketing automation
Create a lead management program
Establish a deal tracking capability
Leadership & Talent Management

Provide regular feedback to direct reports concerning their performance and progress against their career objectives
Basic Requirements:
12 years managerial and leadership experience in operations, strategy or business planning roles including experience in B2B sales operations
5 years capability development experience
5 years of people management experience
years of healthcare experience
Experience leading change across multiple business segments and working with key stakeholders to create the best operations possible
Proven ability to work cross-functionally across the organization
Strong analytical skills, able to deal with ambiguity and highly complex data sets to drive insights and highly effective decision support
