Description
The Administrative Sales Support/Event Coordinator Representative - Charleston, WV provides timely and effective administrative support and event coordination at our Guidance Center in Charleston, WV.
Responsibilities
Typical duties include:
Sign in members
Answer questions from members
Guidance Center event coordination
Stock and ship marketing materials to MarketPoint agents
Communicate professionally with market leaders and other internal and external stakeholders in person, over the phone and via email
Schedule, plan and manage in-person small and large-scale meetings
Other duties as necessary to fulfill Humana and market mission and goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 to 3 years of administrative support or office management experience
Previous experience working in a community or guidance center
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of emotional intelligence, ability to effectively communicate with all levels
Positive attitude and ability to be flexible with changing priorities
Capacity to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 5% locally
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
Experience working across multiple time zones
Bilingual English/Spanish - ability to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance
Additional Information
For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
