The Department & Team
The CTB Sales department supports the country teams on rolling out the sales strategies and maximizing business opportunity, by being the the first contact between HQ and the country offices for Europe and IM markets.

Within Calvin Klein, the Sales Team works closely with the following departments: Merchandising, Operations, Planning and the EU/IM sales teams.

The Position:
In this position you are responsible for supporting the CKE close to body Sales department with particular focus (but not limited to) project management, seasonal sales calendars, country meetings set up, country sales teams communication, framework  management and diverse daily operations of the CKE business.

This role is the link-pin between the local sales teams and HQ and requires solid experience with stakeholder management. The position reports directly to the Sr. European Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Divisional management:

As part of cross-functional divisional teams, you ensure divisional sales initiatives and seasonal strategies are rolled out to the regions as well as catering for sales tools and providing sell in support all the while driving HQ operational processes in a consistent and sustainable way.

  • Lead with ease the communication of all sales related topics between product, division and European Wholesale, Omni-channel teams and International Markets.
  • Owns, maintains and coordinates the sales team seasonal calendar, country meetings and distribution lists of the area.
  • Support the sales /merchandising team during and after selling season with full ownership on sales memo’s, weekly sales overviews, country additions etc.
  • Coordinates and support in the preparation of materials for seasonal sales presentations/ meetings GTM, DCR, EMEX & Market Launch.
  • Works within the CKE Sales team (underwear/ Swim / Sport) to support the team in divisional projects and day-to-day business tasks.
  • Support the sales and merch team with all administrative and operational sales functions.
  • Manage and gathers in country sales related information -eg: sales forecasts numbers, DCR feedbacks/ among others.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with the country sales teams among other stakeholders of the area.

Project management:

Cross-divisional CKE Sample Process.

  • Centralized coordination and process management for CKE, SMS seasonal ordering EU and International Markets
  • Internal processing of the SMS assortments and orders, X departmental (merchandising, finance, operations)
  • Point of contact for the Sales Regions

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent organizational, communication and project management skills necessary, alongside precision and accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills (work on tight agenda and set deadlines) and able to reprioritize activities in agile way in accordance with manager
  • Ability to handle pressure while working on multiple tasks under tight deadlines by providing high quality work results
  • Affinity working with new systems and tools
  • Positive attitude with the ability to be flexible
  • Natural team player, embraces team mentality and collaboration as main key to success.
  • Excellent MS Excel (reporting big data amount, executing pivots and other analysis), Word and Power Point.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
