Project
The IT Program Manager, Sales and Service will plan, design, coordinate, collaborate and design all IT activities for a
specific business group. Provide direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations and
enable the goals of the corporation. Provide the highest levels of customer service to a specific AEI functional area by
conducting business process improvement, IT business solution definition, and then program management to deliver the
solution on time and on budget.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
# Drive business process improvement and measurable business value
# Create the strategic roadmap for the operational area supported and IT
# Formulate creative ideas and quick win as well as long term solutions for the business to drive profitability
# Formulate and deploy tactical plans for business solutions delivery in support of the business strategy and tactical plan
# Plan, collaborate and report on the IT requirements for the assigned business group or solution area
# Define and communicate SOW#s and project plans/milestones and resource allocation to the VP of the Operations
area supported
# Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives
# Direct research on potential technology solutions and implementations in support of new initiatives, opportunities, and
procurement efforts
# Budget preparation for projects and the strategic roadmap
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
# At least five years of experience as a Project Manager, and at least two within an SAP environment
# Must have good understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business processes
# Must have exposure to SAP SD , SAP SM and Salesforce.com or Astea Systems
# Proven ability to drive business process improvements and measurable value to the business
# Proven ability to leverage Scrum and iterative development methods for accelerated deliver of ROI
# Ability to complete large scale projects and architectural designs for specific solution sets
# Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
# Ability to lead design solution sessions
# Ability to document, communicate and influence design solutions
# Ability to communicate effectively within a team and with peers outside of the team
# Ability to communicate effectively with customers
# Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
# Ability to manage time
# Ability to lead a design team and manage the deliverables
