Job Responsibilities
Build and develop successful customer relationships. Utilizing value selling techniques, you will be a Trusted Advisor on our Outside sales team developing long term C level relationships within Enterprise markets. Build and execute on transactional and strategic initiatives to grow Force 3’s presence. Creatively identify and prospect into new territories while uncovering business issues to provide innovative IT solutions. Build and manage sales pipeline activity. Requires daily prospecting, identifying, cultivating and ultimately closing deals.
Accelerate Account Management skillset and drive results. Transition your consultative sales experience for continued personal and professional growth. Participate and embrace the Force 3 learning environment, fueling ongoing career development through value added training in technologies and sales. Achieve or exceed realistic individual sales quota levels to reach your financial goals, receive company recognition and win awards!
Build strong partnerships and successful cross-department relationships. Establish and maintain working relationships across all departments to include: Engineering, Contracts, Purchasing and Proposals. Our sales teams partner with our highly knowledgeable engineering staff to facilitate solution selling and value added sales through the quote process. Also effectively engaging with our valued vendor partners like Cisco, EMC, and VMware to name a few.
Demonstrate deep technical expertise. Develop and effectively communicate full understanding of our varied products, services and solution offerings. To include our core areas of expertise – Borderless Networks, Unified Communications, Security and Data Center Virtualization.

Job Requirements
5 years’ experience selling professional services and solutions in the IT industry. Ideally Storage, VOIP, Security and wireless solutions.
Strong preference for prior relationships in Commercial marketplace with focus on healthcare.
Exceptional consultative selling abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be a highly motivated, self- driven individual with a Hunter mentality
Bachelors degree preferred or years of related experience
Some travel and overtime will be required
Must have the ability to pass a background investigation.
