About the job
We are seeking a skilled Sales Compensation Operations Manager to join our team. You will lead a team of Sales Compensation professionals and manage the administration of sales compensation plans, including commission calculations, validation, accruals, plan modeling, and dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Contribute to the development and improvement of systems as a functional and operational stakeholder, ensuring their alignment with our day-to-day operations and prioritization of operational efficiency enhancements
Responsible for the ongoing assessment and refinement of operational processes and best practices in support of sales compensation operations
Develop and maintain sales compensation operational policies and procedures, ensuring that they are updated as necessary and compliant with complementing sales operations, finance, HR, and payroll policy

Required:
3 years of experience in sales compensation management or a related role
Experience in defining and operationalizing sales compensation policy
1 years of team leadership experience
Expert Microsoft Excel user with strong analytical skills
Experience administering sales compensation via Xactly or similar platforms
Solid project, program and people management skills
Experience and ability to effectively define and execute against ad hoc and recurring validation procedures
Excellence in constructive and collaborative dispute and conflict management
Ability to define, aggregate, and analyze metrics to assess performance drivers
Demonstrated proficiency in structuring complex problems, developing solutions, and crafting recommendations into easily digestible messages, communications, and
executive presentations
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Desired:
5 years of experience in sales compensation management or a related role
Experience in fast growing Software company
Experience with Salesforce and Google Docs
Experience supporting global sales organizations
Location
This role will be remote and based in the USA.
