Job Summary

Responsible for managing the team that executes the deployment and sustainment of sales support, enablement, and operations initiatives. Assists in creating, driving, sustaining, and reinforcing the plans to build engagement throughout the various stages of sales initiatives, including deployment, adoption, sustainment, and improvement plans. Develops the knowledge to serve as subject matter expert for areas impacting the Sales experience and acts as trainer for direct reports.Prepares deployment specialists to coach colleagues in order to improve knowledge and ability to enable higher adoption and usage while accelerating speed to productivity when launching new initiatives. Creates the success metrics, feedback channels, and systems for ongoing sustainment per program. Provides visibility, reports, updates, and recommendations to senior leaders to meet expected program results. Provides on-going training, development, and support to team for their continued growth and advancement.May manage a team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in development and meeting of departmental budget.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:


Manage, develop, and coach a team of deployment specialists, developing strategic framework for the department.

Foster a culture of inclusion and innovation to drive greater success in program deployment.

Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership teams to develop, coordinate, and implement best-in-class practices for deployment and execution of sales support, enablement, and operations initiatives.

Create scalable and repeatable processes and systems for teams to effectively identify gaps and barriers to success in the planning, implementation, and execution of deployment initiatives.

Partner with team to develop and implement mitigation tactics to overcome barriers, obstacles, and gaps; serve as the point of escalation to assist in removing critical barriers with senior leadership.

Define and offer alternatives and options in navigating through initiatives and challenges.

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) as it relates to tools, sales processes, and Company products to train deployment team and develop them to be SMEs.

Serve as a liaison for sales channels to ensure specific content and performance enhancement programs are created and delivered

Create the success metrics, feedback channels, and systems for ongoing sustainment per program.

Proactively and frequently evaluate team and initiative performance with sharp focus on driving success metrics and KPI's.

Provide visibility, reports, updates, and recommendations to senior leaders to meet expected program results.

Execute on the reinforcement techniques provided in learning experiences such as leader-supported coaching plans, focus groups, and team huddles.

Facilitates content delivery to leaders and sales associates

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Travel may be required approximately 30% of the time

Education

Bachelor's Degree
