Our UPS Capital Marketing team is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Lead Generation Supervisor to coach and supervise a team of Lead Development Representatives (LDRs). This individual will be responsible for managing and developing a team of LDRs to drive UPS Capital sales opportunities by generating Sales Qualified Leads. This individual will also help identify initiatives to win new business and collaborate with team members in both Marketing and Sales to implement and measure those initiatives. Responsibilities and Duties
Supervises team of Lead Development Representatives to maximize lead generation performance
Coaches team to improve UPS/UPS Capital product knowledge, sales acumen, prospect-research, call planning, and call execution
Conducts performance evaluations and resolves individual and group performance issues
Motivates individuals to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and leadership
Assists in the development of lead generating initiatives related to UPS Capital's existing portfolio of risk and finance products as well as new product launches
Collaborates with other Marketing and Sales teams to develop high-level sales and marketing strategies that support increased velocity, close rate and deal size
Tracks and analyzes performance of individuals as well as campaigns and makes recommendations to improve results in the future
Knowledge and Skills
Ability to motivate, coach and supervise a sales team with aggressive performance goals
Measure, track and evaluate lead generation initiatives as well as individual and group performance
Coordinate multiple projects through strong project management discipline 
2 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing 
Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) 
Analytical skills with intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Access - Preferred
Experience in financial services and/or insurance industries - Preferred
Experience with sales management, call tracking and CRM - Preferred
