**A Day in the Life**
This role is in the U.S. Sales Analytics, Enablement and Operations organization, initially focusing on Neuroscience portfolio. This individual will be accountable for overseeing Neuroscience Contracting and Rebate Systems organization, including support of current systems utilized in Neuroscience, as well as transformation and deployment of technology programs and initiatives that enable the U.S. Commercial Contracting and Neuroscience Operating Units to execute core-aspects of their jobs more effectively.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Partner with the U.S. Contracting Operations, Commercial IT and Neuroscience Operating Units on execution plans for platform roadmaps of U.S. Neuroscience Contracting and Rebate systems
Direct development and implementation of integrated CPQ technology roadmap designed to enable Neuroscience Operating Unit effectiveness and Contract Operations optimization in driving Neuroscience revenue growth.
Collaborate with U.S. Business Capability Owners and Global Stakeholders on the development and implementation of global Contracting, Pricing, Rebate and Offer Development capabilities
Partner with Commercial IT on management of vendor relationships and engagements to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
Partner with business leaders and IT for prioritization of new CPQ and other Contracting Systems requests and system changes
Provide direct oversight and leadership to the Neuroscience Contracting Systems and Reporting teams to ensure appropriate prioritization per platform roadmap and support for current systems and active projects within Contracting
Monitor and report on KPIs that provide insights for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
Ensure end users are supported in their usage, questions and troubleshooting across contracting and rebate systems
Communicate CPQ changes and new versions of CPQ features to end users
Collaborate on creation and maintenance of training materials for Contracting systems users and approvers
Maintain deep awareness of functional capabilities related to contracting, pricing and rebate tools and technologies
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 7 years of relevant contract management experience with 5 years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant contract management experience with 5 years of managerial experience
**Nice to Have**
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related field
5 years of progressive leadership experience in Contract Management or CPQ area or related field
Medical Device Commercial Operations or IT experience
Experience with contracting systems, focusing on CPQ and Rebate systems
PROS CPQ experience
Solid knowledge of Offer and Contract Development, Pricing and Rebate processes
Strong program and project management skills and experience
Experience in Agile methodology
Ability to communicate effectively with various technical and commercial stakeholders
