FRS have partnered with a reputable, established and growing SaaS company based in Co.Dublin who are seeking an experience Pre-Sales Technical Engineer to join their team.
The Technical Engineer is a key contributor to the pre-sales process within the company.
This role will support the sales team by providing pre-sales presentations, technical expertise and documentation to customers and prospective clients, with responsibility for designing and documenting appropriate business process improvement solutions for clients through in-depth face-to-face technical interaction with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend pre-sales meetings with sales staff and meetings with the customer where input/contribution is required
Design and present innovative business process improvement solutions to customers
Demonstrate appropriate solution fit to clients through the use of proof-of-concepts
Customise presentations for clients where appropriate
Develop and maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of the product/service, becoming a subject matter expert of same.
Support the response to tenders to agreed timelines, where required
Experience:
At least 3 years' experience as a Pre-sales Consultant from a similar role
Experience with technical design documentation essential
Client facing experience essential
Strong presentation skill
Appropriate level of competence in documented skills
Education:
Third level qualification in IT or Business Systems
Relevant technical qualification/certification is essential.
Microsoft certification desirable
Knowledge Of:
Solution/Consultative Selling
BPM
Broad knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and how they inter-relate
Business Intelligence advantageous
