Aon is looking for a Trade Credit Broker/Account ExecutiveAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions in our Trade Credit team within Aon Reed Stenhouse in Toronto, you will report directly to the Vice President & Manager Credit Solutions. Your impact as a Trade Credit Broker/ Account Executive will include reviewing, servicing, marketing, prospecting, negotiating and placement of Trade Credit Insurance Coverage. Job Responsibilities:Delivers continuous excellence in servicing an existing book of business.Identifies specific client and prospect needs and develops innovative and efficient solutions.Negotiates with underwriters to establish best terms and conditions with respect to premiums and coverage.Collaborates with sales producers to support growth strategies and targeted prospecting activities to produce new business.Provides the leadership vital for development and delivery of insurance and industry related presentations/seminars to clients and prospects as the need arises.Assists in the review of claims and managing client expectations around the claims process.Cross-selling and growing existing insurance programs with clients; develop and manage client relationships to increase sales penetration and cultivate new business opportunities.Other related tasks as assignedRequired Experience:7-15 years of combined Trade Credit Insurance experience as a broker and producer.Fully bilingual in English and French and have AMF license.
