This position will partner with Account Executives to build and grow our customer relationships. A strong candidate will be a team oriented self-starter that wants to help us achieve the next level. Four Hands is a highly progressive company with great culture and awesome benefits and we are looking to add to our record breaking team!IN THIS ROLEMaintain a complete understanding of the customer base in the specified category/ geographical area of focusMaintain a complete understanding of all pricing levels, order minimums and reorders for all customersMaintain a complete understanding of shipping proceduresDisplay a thorough understanding of order processing from quote to shipmentProvide solid customer claim/issue resolution skillsMonitor all incoming containers and order backlog to prioritize shipment building and maximize onboarding efficienciesDetermine customer service requirements by maintaining consistent contact with customers and Account Executive; analyzing information and providing solutionsMaintain and improve customer service quality, by resolving problems, identifying customer service trends, evaluating processes to determine system/process improvements and implementing changeMaximize customer operational performance by providing resources and technical adviceCoordinate new product implementation; presentations, training materials, and product information as neededCross train within the Sales Support department/Sales team as requested/neededTravel to trade show as needed, supporting the Sales team with order processingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with all Four Hands departments, providing exceptional internal and external customer service as neededThis role will require traveling to Headquarters (Austin, TX) at least 4 times a year.
