What’s the role?

This On site Account Marketer role will be an office-based account manager role within the Direct Lubricant Sales organization.

The role will be based on site at FCA but will also support a field sales team so strong F2F and virtual communication skills required

Accountabilities:


To deliver on targets by helping grow the commercial lubricants business with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles USA: Mopar, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Fiat, Maserati, Alfa Romeo. The selected candidate will work within the FCA facilities in Auburn Hills, Michigan as a Shell employee, wearing a FCA security badge.
Implement and maintain the Company’s standardized sales and business management processes to deliver new sales volumes.
Proactively work closely between FCA key stakeholders and Shell Critical Business Partners (such as Supply, Distribution, Sales Support, Marketing & others) to ensure there is a culture of understanding and co-operation between FCA key personnel and Critical Business Partners, particularly when conflicts may arise from a customers’ perspective.
Ensure personal compliance with Shell Manual of Authorities, Shell Group Business Principles, Shell HSSE Policy, Shell Values, Trade Practices Act, Anti-Competitor laws and other relevant Shell policies.
Establish, develop and manage ‘win-win’ customer relationships by building and maintaining relationships with key customers at appropriate levels with measured outcomes.

Requirements:

What we need from you


Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or any related degrees required.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in Sales & Marketing, channel/distributor management, market analysis, or supply chain.
Analytical skills to deep dive into mountains of data to make consultative recommendations to Shell and FCA
Knowledge and understanding of sales processes and, SalesForce tool are highly preferred.
Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships and work in a team-orientated environment.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
