Position Overview:
The Channel Partners Manager (CPM) develops/leverages new and existing relationships with service providers to Multifamily housing clients. The CPM works with the Channel Partners to sell them the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. value proposition and convinces them to partner with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. when selling to their MF clients.
Requirements
Must Have Qualifications:
3 Years experience in Channel Sales for Enterprise (B2B)
Possess existing network of HVAC and other contractors for MF housing
Preferred Qualifications:
Construction industry or Clean Energy industry sales experience
Experience with HVAC Equipment Sales
Proficient with M365 (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM

Remote in the U.S.A.

: B2B Sales, Referral Network of contractors
Compensation:
DOE (Base Uncapped Commission)
Key Responsibilities:
Networking with and prospecting contractors currently selling services to the Multifamily housing industry E.g. HVAC firms, Plumbers; Electricians, Architects, MEP Engineers, Realtors, Appraisers, Lawyers, CPA firms, General Contractors, etc.
Working collaboratively with Channel Partners and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Team to develop green retrofit proposals based on site assessments by you and/or Channel Partner
Presenting retrofit proposals (Scopes of Work, Estimates, Contracts) to customers alongside Channel Partner
Maintaining customer and project records in Salesforce CRM & Smartsheet PMS
Reporting on pipeline, conversion rate, weekly/monthly performance metrics
Closing Contracts!
