Our client, a long established & leading manufacturer & supplier of components to a multitude of industrial sectors is seeking an Internal Salesperson to further strengthen their team.
Reporting into the Sales Director, your primary focus will be managing a portfolio of existing/house accounts, several hundred in total, processing orders and upselling as appropriate. Furthermore you will be responsible for re-contacting lapsed/non-trading accounts along with researching new market sectors.
To apply for this position you should have experience in a similar Internal Sales role, with an emphasis on maximising sales from existing accounts. You should have good commercial acumen and an understanding of how price affects profitability/margin. You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, be highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and high levels of personal hunger & desire.
On offer is a very competitive package including a basic salary of GBP25,000 plus excellent pension scheme, private medical and 25 days' holiday
