We are looking for a Small & Medium Sales Representative who will handle the following;
Mainly;
• Hunt for new small customers
• Prospect for best fit potential customers using various direct methods such as face to face meetings, calling and indirect methods such as networking
• Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
• Identify potential customer issues and solve them in collaboration with the sales/trade/CS team
• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
• KPI- At least 20 new customers for first 3 months
• KPI- At least 8 new customers per month
Requirements
• Academic education: Business Management/ Marketing/ Logistics or broad experience in sales
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Field Sales/Outdoor sales/ Sales hunting positions in the logistics industry (advantage) or other B2B industries
