**A Day in the Life**
We are looking for a result driven, team-oriented and dynamic colleague to fill out an open position within our CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) team. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong sales skills and knowledge from the medical device or hospital pharma industry we encourage you to apply. The main purpose of this role is to promote the innovative range of Medtronic CRM products in the area of West of Poland (dolnolskie, opolskie).
The jobholder will lead the market adoption efforts in the CRM field. The role will include performing presentations, occasionally support cases, handle launches and introductions of new products and services, informing about studies, conducting trainings and in-service activities for physicians, nurses and building strong relationships with customers.
For this role, you would be expected to be located in West of Poland
Key responsibilities:
Deliver expected targets, aligned with Business Unit priorities
Maintain, develop, and grow effective customer relationships in the field
Conduct territory, market data and relevant tender analysis recommend in which public tender our portfolio allows our participation
Acquire a deep knowledge of the product portfolio and support customers in technical and clinical aspects
Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities
Understand current published CRM and relevant literature. Recognize and understand competitive products, industry trends, and CVG portfolio
Build and maintain strong ethical business relationships with Key Acoounts, Key Opinion Leaders, key decision makers and distributors
Ensure comprehensive customer support within territory to maintain superior customer service levels and effective time management
Monitor, analyze and evaluate product performance and customer feedback
Be ready to provide full support to the health care professionals
Lead, train and coach the local sales & support team
Actively participate in product ordering and managing customer inventory stock
Participate in creating a better environment to be able to fulfill the Medtronic mission
Implement marketing strategies and ensure successful product launches
Maintain expert knowledge in clinical procedures
Maintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional personal and company image
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
Minimum Bachelor degree
Fluency in English
Basic knowledge of tender law
Analytical thinker with a strong ability to think through issues in a structured way, to develop insights and ability to derive quality decisions out of analysis
Trustworthy individual, able to build a strong internal & external network of stakeholders remotely, and capable of working with a number of internal and external stakeholders on reaching defined business goals
Customer focus (ability to understand the customer needs is a must)
Understanding the impact on patient & customer
Ability to work well under pressure, in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Innovative thinker, creative
Competent & confident with new technology (systems & programs)
Strong negotiation skills & ability to close deals with customers
Willing to travel intensively (Northern Poland)
We are looking for a team player!
**Nice to Have**
University degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant, advanced degree
Thorough knowledge of all CRM product lines and therapies (Brady/AF, Tachy/HF)
Medical relevant educational background
Advanced knowledge of tender law
