Job Description:
What's the role
To maintain and develop existing customer relationship in line with account plans, explore and identify new business opportunities through active pipeline management, aiming to grow the business profitably in target market segments.
Your accountabilities include the following:
Plan, perform and achieve sales targets including volume, margin & credit.
Develop, update and implement the Account Plan covering Products, Services, Contracts, Prices and Credit Terms for customers
Maintain customer relationships and facilitate multiple level contacts within customer organization to achieve superior customer satisfaction level.
Co-ordinate with internal supports including Marketing, Finance, Customer Operations, Technical, Engineering, LSC to respond to customer/market requirements.
Develop sales proposals, presentations and sales contracts negotiation, in co-ordination with Pricing, Marketing, Customer Operations, Finance, Legal where applicable
Collaborate with marketing to effectively implement marketing initiatives for customer value proposition deliveries.
Work closely with Marketing and Technical teams to identify Cross Sell, Up Sell and non-oil biz opportunities
Work closely with customer operation team to manage customer set-up, amendments, pricing and rebates in a timely manner
Provide regular updates to the Sales Coordinator to ensure accurate forecasts are in place for both existing and new business
Monitor market/competitive environment and collect relevant market intelligence for strategic response where applicable.
Conduct credit appraisals for new and existing accounts and manage customer payment issues in line with credit policy.
Utilize Sales 1st tools effectively to manage sales activities & productivity with close monitoring of KPIs such as pipeline strength, hit rate & cycle time.
Adhere SGBP & HSSE policies and operates within MOA & Standard Offer Book.
Develop leadership behaviors and embed Sales 1st culture in self & other team members.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with support functions and key stakeholders.
Develop own development plan to continuously improve competencies.
What we need from you

Externally focus preferably with experiences in managing key accounts and distributors.
Excellent teamwork and project management skill, result oriented, innovative & adaptive to change.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
