What you will do:
The Inside Sales Account Executive play a critical role in developing and managing successful relationships with Wind River’s existing customers. You start with a book of business which you will work to maintain, while also generating new business in the customers. Upon selling the new business, you will continue to work accounts for upsells and cross sell opportunities.
We are looking for motivated, articulate, high-energy, Inside Sales professionals with a proven sales track record. Must be able to multi-task, own the entire sales cycle, and be a team player. 
Who You Will Work With:
Report directly to the Senior Manager, Channel Sales, you will be an integral part of the Inside Sales Organization.
Account Managers that address complex business and engineering issues with our customers.
Field Application Engineers who oversee the technical aspects of our sale.
Sales Development Reps whose efforts contribute to your pipeline growth.
Global internal teams who help in various aspects of your sale.
Responsibilities: 
Selling Wind River software development tools, customer training and professional services engagements
Closing renewals, deals you initiate and assisting field sales teams to close large, more complex deals.
Understanding and executing complex sales contracts
Prospecting/Researching: Markets, Accounts, Executives
Meet documented quarterly goals.
Processing orders of renewal deals within the assigned territory/accounts including quote, and PO review, entry, shipment tracking and payment collection.
Provide product, pricing, and delivery information to customers.
Interface with customers, following up on purchase orders, agreements and questions relating to the transaction(s).
Function as a liaison between sales, customer, and internal departments as required.
Assist Finance in resolution of collection issues.
Maintain and improving quality of data related to opportunity, license, and customer in CRM systems, and analyze the data to ensure higher achievement of company targets.
Ensure database standards.
Clean-up and modify fields to match guidelines.
Reduce redundant information through data merging and obsoleting.
Collaborating with internal team and projects at addressing various aspects of your deals.
Must be comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with team members from Sales, Legal/Contracts, Finance(Revenue/Credit), IT, and other departments as required.
 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with
three
plus years of related responsibility and experience.
Experience cold-calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
Experience closing sales up to the $50K range.
Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving.
Professional work ethic and integrity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team player—good personality fit. This role needs to be a collaborator and the ability to communicate well and interact with the team and other departments.
Self-started, works collaboratively across multiple disciplines and organizations.
Ability to manage multi-task and competing priorities.
Sense of urgency
Familiar with the sales process
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Oracle (Order Management and Services Contracts) and Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
Native level fluency in Japanese, intermediate level in English
