Aon is looking for an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive to join our Global Client team in Bangkok, Thailand Aon is in the business of better decisions  At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.   As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look like The role is required to look after policy renewal for the assigned global accounts and business development operating for all non-life insurance products, coordinating with team leader and team members in solving problems, providing best services to the clients and maintain good relationship with controlling offices, clients, insurers and other departments of Aon Thailand.To coordinate with controlling office for global programTo review coverage, terms of non-program policy to suit the client’s business with the most competitive terms and premiumTo offer new coverage for the client’s considerationTo visit clients as required by controlling offices or when appropriateTo educate clients on insurance knowledgeTo co-ordinate with claims department on claim settlement and update records for controlling officeTo follow up the outstanding claims for renewal negotiationTo co-ordinate with Accounting Department to follow up the outstanding premiumTo monitor minimum income earned from each client and follow up minimum fee/allocated fee from controlling officeTo develop organic growthSkills and experience that will lead to successBachelor's Degree or Higher in related fields0-5 years of experience in Non-life insuranceCustomer Service Skills and skills to handle complaintsGood command of English both written and spokenGood in Microsoft Office especially Ms. excel and Ms. power pointHaving Direct/Reinsurance Broker License is a plusHow we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
