This Remote Sales Representative opportunity can be either office/home-based and is responsible for offering product and service solutions to our Danish & Finnish professional healthcare customers.
**A Day in the Life**
As our new Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales for customers across the full Respiratory Interventions (RI) product portfolio through digital communication with our customers.
You will be part of the RI Commercial team in the Nordics and work closely with the Tender/Pricing and Customer Care Team.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Engaging directly with our customers in the healthcare market via phone, video conference and e-mail.
Identifying target accounts, develop opportunities & build solid account plans.
Managing Tender and contract requirements.
Promoting the RI product portfolio with best practice, clinical evaluation, demos and product trainings.
Conducting regular business reviews with main customers.
Ensuring repeat purchase orders by understanding customer buying decisions making process.
Fully utilizing all available sales tool to maximize sales efficiency and complete all required administrative tasks.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
For this position we are looking for someone who is fluent in Finnish and Danish.
Trainings and meetings are in English therefore written and spoken understanding is required.
You will need strong sales & negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
Strong presentation / communication skills over the phone or via video conference.
Your customers are healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses etc.) so you must be able to communicate with a clear and confident voice.
Ability to analyze market trends: customer needs, priorities & opportunities
You collaborate easily with others; you are trustworthy and able to build a strong internal and external network.
You like to work with digital technologies.
You like to set challenging goals, take ownership and are result driven.
Ability to work and navigate in a very large international matrix organization
STRUCTURED as most of our business is from tenders, it is important that you are able to work with large and complex files.
**Travel**
For this role it is needed to travel occasionally for trainings and meetings (app. 10-15 days a year).
