Align the customers objectives with servicesn to ensure that their electrical systems perform as required to achieven their business goals. n Support the development of value-based salesn proposals, and estimates. Work with operations, finance, legal and othern inside and outside resources as needed to complete a compelling proposaln and close the sale. n Ensure an accurate and timely sales ton operations turnover and monitors progress. Assist with conflict managementn and improving customer satisfaction. Stay involved with the customer ton grow the Service Agreement when renewed by proposing additional customern valued services from the comprehensive Siemens portfolio.n Assist customers and potential customers withn problems involving the use of company products and services and recommendsn suitable resolutions accordingly.n Successfully collaborate with product andn service regional business developers and other local salesn channels/account managers to drive mutual growth.n Collaborate with operations and internal teamsn to deliver excellent customer outcomesnQualifications n Bachelor’sn Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or other related technicaln degree, however, candidates with at least a High School Diploma or GEDn equivalency (state recognized) along with at least 10 years of electricaln industry experience will also be considered. n Strongn technical and commercial knowledge of electrical distribution equipmentn (120V- 38,000V) systems and applications required, preferably within all previously mentionedn targeted markets.n 5 years’ experience in technical sales, business development, or consultingn within the electrical industry.
