Since then we have differentiated ourselves from traditional players with performance, scale and simplicity that leads the industry.
Last year we publicly announced that we had crested over $1BN in cumulative sales since 2016 and our growth continues. In order to support our growing business in the EMEA we are looking for a Sales Manager, Unstructured Data Solutions (UDS). This manager will directly lead the UDS sales specialists in France, EMEA North & South and Emerging, while working closely with our Core Sales and Systems Engineering leaders in EMEA to drive FlashBlade growth in the region.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
Manage and Lead the UDS Team to Success in France, North & South and Emerging EMEA
Manage the Financial Forecast and Deal Flow
Engage with local partners to drive the UDS business
Engage with local alliance partners to drive the UDS business
Collaborate with the extended sales teams
Evangelise and motivate the region to sell the UDS portfolio
Drive strategy and tactics to grow and scale the business overall
Hire and Staff to buildout the team and accommodate growth
Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
5 years sales leadership experience in a GROWTH company taking share from traditional providers
Proven Sales skills in the unstructured data (file/object) space
Proven track record of exceeding Quarterly Targets
Experience driving, delivering and strategy across a geographic region
Proven experience building high performance teams and winning hearts and minds
Partner centric mindset and relationships are an asset
Experience selling in a portfolio company
