You will be responsible for the overall EMEA team goal, as well as contributing to individual sales development representative (SDR) growth and success.This position will require leading a team of 15-20 inbound and outbound sales development representatives (SDRs) and a Manager supporting various locations throughout EMEA.Your Opportunity:Define performance metrics by which SDRs will be measuredAbility to analyse data for performance improvement and SDR coachingAnalyse data for campaign effectiveness and improvementAbility to act as a ‘Player/Coach’ as necessary with the SDR teamDrive success and attainment of SDR KPIs – calls, emails, and new sales opportunity generationFunction as the first line of management to deal with team questions and concerns related to the Tenable sales process, Tenable's product functionality, Tenable’s internal systems, policies & procedures, and moreReview individual prospecting efforts on a regular basis and provide feedback and coaching to SDR on Tenable’s corporate and sales messaging and sales methodologyStrongly partner with Tenable’s Marketing team to coordinate and drive SDR support for local and regional Tenable, Tenable Partner, and Cybersecurity industry events, as well as Tenable-hosted webinarsProvide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual SDR KPI attainment reports to the Senior Director of Worldwide Sales DevelopmentWork closely with Regional Sales Directors for the regions the SDRs are responsibleSuccessfully hire, onboard, motivate, develop your SDR team to be best in classManage day-to-day functions of SDR team and deliver new hire training and skill developmentOther related duties as requiredWhat You'll Need:Minimum 3-4 years Sales/Sales Development leadership experienceStrong coaching and enabling abilitySolid communication skillsEffective analytical skillsTrack record of developing talentAccomplished record of achieving results in fast pace technology organizationEffective presentation skillsCRM administrationAnd Ideally:Bachelor's Degree SFDCIf you’ve reached this point, and you’re still not sure if you should apply…..Just do it!
