The Team

Fitting within the wider Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger Brand Team for the MEA+ region; you will be working in the Sales & Merchandising team. You will have teammates from all corners of the world and will have the chance to experience multi-culture at its best. You will have a diverse portfolio of internal & external stakeholders. Internal teams will include Franchise Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising & Planning, to name but a few. External teams will include our very own partners scattered throughout the Middle East, Israel & Africa.

The Position

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to join our team for a 6 months period.

As a member of the Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger Sales & Merchandising team for the MEA+ region; the Sales Coordinator role will be the backbone of support. You will be helping to ensure that the wider team can function seamlessly in their roles. From supporting with the running reports & analysis, to order entry and general administration; you will learn the Sales & Merchandising function from the round-up.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales & Merchandising Managers across Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein brands during sell-in (e.g. order entry/order management/customer/order follow up)
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data in Digital Showroom (e.g. orders), by continuously updating the system throughout the sell-in period
  • Assist Sales & Merchandising Managers with Post Seasonal Sell-in Analysis
  • Contribute in direct sales/NOS opportunities; creating orders based on best sellers
  • Assist Sales & Merchandising managers/executives in preparing seasonal meetings (DCR/TTT)
  • Competitor research; pass on relevant information (e.g. trends, competitor analysis, country analysis, input key markets) to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders throughout the sell-in process
  • Ensure digital & IT set-up of the showroom
  • Responsible for Calendar appointments & Showroom bookings
  • Liaison between Sales & Customer Service on set up of new customers in we-connect

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent in experience
  • Ready to join in a temporary entry-level position
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written communication
  • Good organizational, communication & influencing skills
  • Good problem solving, analytical & commercial skills
  • Positive and flexible attitude, a team player
  • Hands-on and can-do mentality
  • Be entrepreneurial, innovative and embrace the PVH values
