Responsibilities:Calendar management, including interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants to coordinate executive meetingsPerform general office duties including ordering supplies, maintaining files, filing, retrieval of corporate documents, records and weekly/monthly reports.Answer telephone and communicate messages to SVPManage travel plansComplete and submit expense reports, including verifying backup and providing G/L codingManage office requests for employee moves and new hires, including office space set-up for dept., as requiredCoordinate with IT to resolve computer and phone issuesCoordinate activities for on-site and off-site meeting and events, including ordering food, researching venues, developing budget, sending invitationsSales & Merchandising Function - Showroom / Appointment Management:Main liaison to all inter-company divisions (control access and schedule appointments for Sales & Merchandising)Responsible for management of showroom scheduling including the following:set upaccount appointments (as per sales direction)take downco-ordination with visual merchandising, marketing, international Update, maintain and distribute reports including analysis of business assisting the Sales and Merchandising teams; daily sales report, amazon / com weekly reportingAssist with presentations utilizing Excel and PowerPointAd hoc project support for Sales and Merchandising teams, i.e. competitive analysis, account /distribution reportsSupport Sales team with sending / receiving samplesSupport Ecommerce Sales Team on template set up, analyzing / reporting share out, ad hoc projects as neededQualifications:College degree1-2+ years of related experienceStrong organizational skills, including ability to prioritizeProfessional demeanor and proactive approachAbility to interface with all levels within the organizationAbility to think and act independentlyStrong work ethicExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to multi-task and be flexible to changing prioritiesStrong analytical skills including strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Internet researchMS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS OutlookOrders dept. office supplies adhering to budget set for dept.
