Exciting new Role based in our Dannevirke officeGreat opportunity to develop your career and skillsJoin a global Insurance leader The Opportunity We are looking for an Account Executive to join our fun team in the Dannevirke branch. This varied role will see you managing an established book of business which includes Domestic, Rural and small commercial clients, with the opportunity to grow and develop the book further. Your willingness to turn your hand to anything and initiative are key, as are working in a team. Day to day you might work on: Liaising with clientDocument managementPreparing client renewalsPremium negotiationsPolicy and new business submissionsHandling claims There will be a focus on strong customer service, professionalism and credibility ensuring clients walk away having had an excellent experience. About you Ideally [ but not necessarily] you would come from an insurance broking background, Banking or Finance, you must be able to demonstrate proven client management skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Full training will be given to the successful candidate. You will also be able to demonstrate the following attributes: The ability to deliver high standards of quality client serviceOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational & time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is a mustPositive attitude and aim to succeed.A great team player If you consider yourself highly motivated with a passion for providing the best client experience, then this is the role for you!
