Your willingness to turn your hand to anything and initiative are key, as are working in a team. Day to day you might work on: Liaising with clientDocument managementPreparing client renewalsPremium negotiationsPolicy and new business submissionsHandling claims There will be a focus on strong customer service, professionalism and credibility ensuring clients walk away having had an excellent experience. About you Ideally [ but not necessarily] you would come from an insurance broking background, Banking or Finance, you must be able to demonstrate proven client management skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
