Our client has partnered with Kelly Services to hire for an experienced and highly driven Sales Representative with knowledge of and connections to the metal fabrication industry.
Description:
Grow business by acquiring and establishing relationships with new customers.
Maintain and expand sales with current customers; improve customer relationships and satisfaction.
Support communication between internal team (estimators, production team) and customers in order to deliver seamless sales, production, and delivery experience.
Identify and adjust to emerging market trend; identify clients’ needs and recommend best solutions.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales plans for the KW and GTA as well as potential expansion to other states within the US.
Requirements:
2 years’ experience in B2B sales in metal fabrication or related manufacturing industry.
Knowledge and contacts in the metal fabrication industry in Southwestern, Ontario and the U.S.
Self-motivated sales professional focused on driving sales results.
Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
Must have expereince selling metal fabrication products and equipment.
Degree in engineering or related field is an advantage.
