What?
In the near term, you will help us launch our first Idea Exchange - a new application that will enable us to crowd source, centralize and prioritize project requests from partners across our GTM organization. You will also help drive our Voice of Sales program, mapping partner feedback to Sales Efficiency backlogs and leading prioritization sessions to ensure that our roadmaps reflect the top wants and needs of our sales teams. In the longer term, you will help us increase partner input and collaboration on key GTM projects by building custom enhancements to our application lifecycle management system. To accomplish these goals, you will work closely with other program managers and platform managers across Sales Operations, engage directly with our reps, and partner with other GTM Ops teams.
As a Program Manager in Sales Operations, you will live the Twilio Magic values:
BE AN OWNER: Embrace and take ownership of business problems by being resourceful and transparent. Take initiative to discover and analyze root causes, proactively identify risks, propose creative solutions and make data-driven decisions.
WEAR THE CUSTOMER’S SHOES: Be an ambassador to the field in matters of sales rep experience and adoption of programs. Be the voice of sales reps and advocate on their behalf to get top needs and wants heard, understood, and prioritized.
WRITE IT DOWN: Translate project requests and ideas into persona-based epics and user stories with acceptance criteria and success metrics. Author and publish sales-facing roadmaps and related communications that promote awareness for upcoming changes.
RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE: Analyze the needs and wants of various partner groups and identify the most critical demands based on business value. Help identify MVP solutions and shepherd progress through phased rollout plans to ensure all business requirements are met.
DRAW THE OWL: Identify measurable insights amidst ambiguity. Highlight opportunities and impacts to operational processes and make recommendations to Sales Operations teams on process improvements.
BE INCLUSIVE: Develop an intimate understanding of different supporting teams for the GTM org, their objectives and concerns. Invite a variety of perspectives to participate in the development process and ensure that solutions are designed with each impacted partner group in mind.
