Responsibilities:You will be part of the Health Solutions team, one of the fastest growing teams, in charge of advising clients on their medical, life, wellness and flexible benefit strategy. Within the Global Benefit Management team dedicated to inbound business, your role will be to manage a portfolio of small and medium multinational companies independently and work alongside senior team members on large complex multinational companies. The key duties of your role will be as follows: Account ManagementChampion and oversee partnership plans for key clientsBuild strong relationships with clients, manage timeline and clients’ expectationsBuild strong relationships with insurers, internal local and global stakeholder and other key stakeholdersLead renewal activities, including placement, and other client activities (wellness, flexible benefits, etc.)Meet client retention and financial targetsIdentify and drive cross-selling opportunitiesPrepare Service Level Agreements and contractsConduct peer review for team members ConsultingConduct needs-based consulting, identifying and actioning cross sell opportunitiesMaintain and develop knowledge of latest Health Solutions market trends in Singapore and globallyBenchmark clients’ benefits to ensure alignment to market and competitivenessReview claim data to derive design changes and wellness initiativesBe a technical expert and continuously develop and maintain technical knowledge in the following areas: medical and life insurance, flexible benefits, voluntary benefits, wellness programs, global trends, alternative risk financing solutions e.g. self-funded benefits, pooling, global underwriting program, captive.Have a good understanding of the other solution lines (property and casualty, cyber risks, D&O, marine and cargo, etc.) Day-to-Day OperationsBe the escalation point and oversee service deliveryOversee the preparation of communication materials and conduct employee briefingsUpdate reporting tools and managementHandle HR enquiriesEnsure all invoices are issued and prompt payment OthersSupport team lead with new business initiatives.Taking on ad-hoc assignments. Requirements Diploma in any relevant disciplineMinimum regulatory requirements (BCP, PGI.
