Responsibilities
The Sales and Marketing Support Executive is responsible for coordinating Community Outreach and networking opportunities; partnering with agents and managers to develop and implement marketing plans; managing projects and rolling out corporate programs at the market level; leading seminars and special events; managing expenses and submitting invoices. This position is also responsible for maintaining the local marketing budget and overseeing seminars, special events, educational and orientation programs, and accurately reporting this information. This position is also responsible for identifying grass roots marketing, educational and sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications
2-3 years work experience(sales or marketing or related)
Active Georgia Health and Life Insurance Licenses or the ability to obtain prior to start date
Prior experience with technology to include high level use of laptop and mobile phone devices, proficient use of Microsoft Office suite and an understanding of or comparable knowledge of CRM tools and other sales/marketing resources
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
This position will work at home but also travel across the State
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associates degree
Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and an additional language without limitations or assistance
Prior experience in the health solutions or financial industries
Prior experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, activities and volunteerism
Additional Information
After offer acceptance you must be able to complete and pass the AHIP certification (paid for by Humana) prior to your start date
Any Humana associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government.
Our company requires vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.
