Job Description:
Retail ID is putting high expectation on DO to support its Retail Network growth. This position is critical to lead the DO NTI opening and new Dealer acqusition efforts within the assigned region. He/ she needs to unlock new ways to improve Indonesia DO CVP attractiveness, as well as to deploy various tactics to triumph in convincing internal/ external stakeholders
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Drive Performance; Manage DO programs delivery within the assigned region. To develop a network of DO sites towards achieving high business growth with low capex scenario. Strong outcome oriented
Accountable for End to End project delivery – Dealer Identification and Selection by leveraging support of Real Estate Consultant; Lead site securing process based on retail network integrated masterplan; Negotiation with investors/ potential Dealers; Work closely with DO Engineer to deliver DO NTI opening within agreed time, cost, and objectives
Develop negotiation strategies/ tactics given any relevant situation and deliver them in a convincing manner; convey messages using different communication styles depending on audience. Presents DO CVP in a compelling way to convince potential Dealers/ Investors, at same time balances any potential risks and ways of mitigations
Understand current market dynamics and competitive environment to ensure compelling DO offer, and delivery of a competitive Retailer Value Proposition to DO Dealers
Continually identify potential sources of future competitive advantage to enhance & improve the DO CVP, ex. Working with NFR team to generate additional income/revenue from DO Select, QSR, Clip in, Food, ATM, etc.
Innovation; courage to challenge status quo with a clear customer-focus lense, articulate view points succinctly, propose an implementable idea as solution
Excellent stakeholder management skills; enable cross functional teamwork to improve delivery efficiency. Collaborate effectively with the DO Dealers’ teams
Responsible for assuring compliance & adherence with the global policies & standards related to the DO Channel Offers & Global Standard Offer Book

Requirements:
Key Account Sales & discipline in Project Management. Understand importance of contact matrix/ stakeholder map, as well as pipeline management
Understanding of Retail business & Network Planning experience will be a strong point
Financial literacy, comfortable working with Microsoft Excel to develop a fair and reasonable feasibility study of the Shell DO business
