Large Import Dealer is recruiting for an energetic, dynamic GSM to run their new and used car operation. Many critical components already in place including inventory mix, advertising and marketing, competent sales staff, training programs and manufacturer support. Looking for a strong working manager that can keep the processes flowing, optimize sources of new prospects and guide managers and sales people to close a high percentage of deals. Complete support from Dealer ownership to bring about volume and profit increases for 2011. We are looking for a seasoned professional with minimum 10 years dealership experience as a GSM, GM, New Car Manager and/or Used Car Manager. Highly selective process with long term career potential.
