New position with established and growing company, specializing in heavy duty transportation services, primarily dealing with axle and brake components. Responsibilities to include working directly with owner and management developing strategic marketing efforts for existing clients, past customers and new prospects. Efforts will be split between telemarketing done from company's main office and outside sales calls to the managers of local fleets. Focus is on development of ongoing, long term business to business relationships. To insure success, compensation will be base plus commission, plenty of continuing training and support plus sufficient marketing materials and sales aids. Requires previous outside sales experience in the areas of truck parts and accessories, automotive parts and/or fleet maintenance and repairs. Must be familiar with estimating, scheduling and sales of big ticket repair work. Computer proficiency using M/S Word, Outlook & Excel key to efficient daily activity.
