We are seeking an individual who will positively impact sales productivity and outcomes by instituting best practices and developing and delivering sales enablement programs, assets, tools and communications to the global sales force for our Safety, Regulatory and Quality Technology Solutions business unit (SR&Q). Customers trust us to help them deliver safer, more effective products at a faster pace to better meet market and patient demands.Key ResponsibilitiesnnPartner with the Global Commercial Sales Enablement and Training teams, as well as the Sales and Marketing teams within the SR&Q business unit, to:nnDevelop and communicate to key stakeholders integrated sales enablement plans (strategies and tactics) aligned with the needs of the SR&Q business unitu2015including best practices, tools, assets, processes, communications and knowledge sharingu2015leveraging the voice of the customer and salesnDevelop and deliver sales enablement programs, assets and tools based on sales enablement plans to positively impact sales productivity and outcomes within the SR&Q business unitnPartner with the SR&Q Marketing team on asset creation, messaging and delivery to ensure sales receives the best possible content; drive consistency and quality of marketing messaging through sales enablement programs, training and assetsnPartner with internal training teams to outline sales training requirements and to design and implement comprehensive training programs using a blended learning approachnIn collaboration with the Associate Director of Strategic Communications and Initiatives, develop and implement a sales communications strategy for the SR&Q business unit to enhance messaging for broader awareness and adoption of sales enablement programs, tools and assets; leverage the already-established standard communication processes, templates and metricsnIn collaboration with the Associate Director of Strategic Communications and Initiatives, write sales communications to ensure alignment of regional and global priorities, as well as an understanding of key sales enablement initiativesnServe as liaison between the Global Commercial Enablement Team and SR&Q sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of cross-functional strategies and tactics; facilitate clear communication between disciplines to optimize delivery of prescriptive sales enablement programs, tools and assetsnIdentify and share best practices and learnings with the global SR&Q sales teamnOther projects as assigned based on business neednnnnQualificationsnnBachelor's degree in business or technologynLife sciences background requirednExtensive experience working within sales, marketing, sales training and/or sales enablementnDemonstrated success in sales, sales enablement and/or sales trainingnOutstanding writing and editing skills with an ability to target varied audiences and culturesnSelf-motivated, team player with strong organizational and prioritization skillsnAbility to operate effectively in a growth-oriented, fast-paced, multi-priority and sometimes ambiguous business environmentnExperience working in/with sales teams in the global technology or software industry is preferrednExperience in global roles with a strong understanding of cultural sensitivities and time zones is preferrednn* This position can work remotely#LI-KM2#LI-REMOTEIQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
