POSITION SUMMARY: The Account Executive II will be responsible for selling branded sportswear to key retail partners, managing the business to achieve sales plans, and developing the profitability of the division.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:Manage mid-high volume omni channel accounts.Present product to customers and sell-in plans for B&M and E-commerceFormulate seasonal sales plans and product strategies.Create customized product assortments with merchandising that tie back to fixture plans and financial goalsSecure orders post market meetings and insure proper flow of information is reflected, including delivery dates, style information, and order style adjustments.Communicate retailers’ feedback to VP Sales, Director Sales, and Merchandising on products, competitive product, and any relevant opportunities voiced by retailers that are brand appropriate.Track sales (item selling, sell thru, AUR) to identify best and slow sellersActively develop, present, monitor, and react to sales plans that deliver top-line and bottom-line growth (retail OTB, item tracking, and forecasting).Understand maintain, and communicate on order files internally and externallyEnsure confirmations are received on time each monthWork with planning team to build flow, track selling, shipment projections, etc.Partner with planning to formulate markdown projections.Communicate with field merchandising team; share strategies and business updatesFoster an alliance between the buyer, the store marketing group, and PVH marketing in order to develop an in-store POS visual presence.Strong ability to multi-task.
