Job Summary

Responsible for sales channel/region support. This position provides internal and external customer service support. We have 3 categories of support roles: Help Desk, Support with Sales, and Support Operations. Help Desk supports Central Division sales reps and external customers with issues that block employees from completing the sales process through chat ticket and phone support. Support with Sales role works primarily to onboard external customers to make sure orders are complete. Support Operations is a special role where they support rare projects and creative resolution problem solving is required.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities


Responsible for supporting the generation of RGU's.

Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.

Responds to and resolves account calls and/or escalates non-technical issues for all accounts to the Product Sales Support Supervisor.

Supports order entry and order fallout from channel, region, and product sales team.

Maintains current information on **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. products, services, equipment and marketing promotions.

Conducts clerical research which requires an understanding of departmental programs, policies and procedures.

Research processes and manage customer escalations.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Meets expectations for productivity and performance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed.

Work closely with the sales team in order to develop effective strategies for achieving targets.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
