What will I do?
Business Development Manager's responsibilities include developing strong relationships with government agencies and municipalities, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and proposing and closing new business. Business Development Managers have a specific quota and are held accountable for reaching those quotas on a monthly basis. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require travel. This position is remote but we do require the individual to be located in Florida.
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Meet and/or exceed quotas
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Attend seminars as needed
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Assist with Client Rewards Program: Welcome Boxes, Intermediate gift-giving, celebrate milestones as neede
When will I work?
This is a full-time position for Florida residents working remotely with occasional travel, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel required up to 25% of the time

Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school Graduate or GED
Required
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Preferred
Experience selling to government entities
Plus
2 years account management
Plus
Experience working with Adobe Acrobat and Excel
Plus
Working Knowledge of Title Insurance and Real Estate Ecosystem
Plus
Positive, Passionate, and Customer First Attitude

Travel
There will be travel opportunities to assist with on-boarding, sales presentations & trade shows. Travel may be required.

Compensation: $45,000 -$55,000 commission
