Role Purpose 1) Serve as subject matter expert of the Global Sales Process and Tools for APEC Commercial 2) Serve as the APEC RO's main lead to manage, harmonize and drive efficacy of both Global and Regional Sales Tools; including driving development of required capabilities for the region 3) As regional custodian of sales processes and tools, to provide guidance and maangement support for audits, and leadership to work through audit findings Accountabilities 1) Subject matter expert of the Global Sales Process and Tools for APEC Commercial To provide leadership and support to APEC countries for effective implementation of sales processes and tools To provide leadership to synchronize the implementation of Global Sales Processes (GSP) changes across the region As subject matter expert, to have indepth knowledge of Sales GSOP and the capabilities of all Global sales tools 2) To manage, harmonize and drive efficacy of Global and regional Sales Tools To provide leadership and support to APEC countries to drive and maximize efficacy of the suite of sales tools and processes To represent APEC Commercial to identify capabiltiies gaps and to work wtih Global Head Office (GHO) stakeholders to address known gaps Where known gaps cannot be addressed by GHO, to lead the AGILE development of those capabilities to support the business To support countries and their sales teams to harmoize and make sense of the ecosystem of sales processes, tools and capabilities 3) To provide guidance and support for audits To provide guidance and support to countries to ensure compliance to audit requirements To faciliate self-audits across the region To work with APEC countries to ensure that audit findings and known gaps are addressed Bachelor degree or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years experience in the Commercial field. Minmum 2 years of frontline sales management in Enterprise Sales, Relationship Sales or Telesales; the last 3 years of which would have been a managerial role. Extensive knowledge and expertise in project/program management, portfolio management, methodologies and tools Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Excellent communications and presentation skills. Highly positive attitude with a make it happen collaborative teamwork approach ,employmentType:Standard
