The Manager of Sales Enablement is the leader within our sales enablement team. The role is responsible for developing and deploying programs and initiatives that enable the customer-facing team to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to supporting the selling and revenue performance of our teams. Job ResponsibilitiesRecommend, build, manage, and maintain sales processes and systems as necessary to support sales expansion and attainment of revenue goalsDevelop and maintain a Structured Learning and Enablement plan for all sellersDevelop and execute an Onboarding planLead the successful execution of the sales enablement plan and supporting programs, in conjunction with sales leadership, field marketing, pre-sales, strategic alliances, etc.Lead and/or facilitate sales training activities, including but not limited to new hire training and on-boarding, continuing education, certification programs, presentations for field sales meetings and creating a content libraryAlign sales enablement activities with key internal and external events, such as new sales process launches, technology launches or modifications to existing processes.Review and maintain the sales content library, and tools, ensuring it is current, relevant, prescriptive, actionable, and easily consumed through the best and most appropriate technology.Determine opportunities for improving the sales learning experience and identify innovative techniques for delivery and consumption.Manage relevant sales communications, including sales updates, newsletters, and video updates as well as teaching methodsLead, mentor, and train Sales Enablement Managers to ensure sales teams are equipped with the resources needed to successfully achieve goals.Build team by interviewing and hiring additional team members, as necessary.Work with VP of Sales Operations to effectively manage Sales Enablement team.Other duties as assigned.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, preferably in the technology industry.Experience with SFDC requiredAt least 1 year of people management experience requiredExperience in the Enterprise space with demonstrated success in training and sales enablementExperience using sales tools such as SFDC, Outreach, Gong, Seismic, peripheral systems and Microsoft Office products.Certified or participated in Sandler Sales Trainingu00A0Skills Effective time manager, capable of executing on the tactics and supporting programs, on time and on budget.Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities.High energy with a u201Ccan dou201D attitude, a positive demeanor, a sense of purpose, and the ability to have fun and adapt to the eMoney cultureDiplomacy, integrity, and presence that enables you to work effectively with a wide range of personalities at all levels within the organization, and an understanding of what motivates your sales customer.Strong presentation and organization skills.Knowledge of workflow development and KPI reporting within SalesForce.com, Outreach, Gong and SeismicCommunicator: You possess strong oral and written communication skills and enjoy working with customers.Team-Oriented: You have strong interpersonal awareness and can embrace the ideas of others (even if they conflict with your own) for the sake of the company and customer.Driven & Passionate: You are a driven team player, collaborator, and relationship builder whose infectious can-do attitude inspires others and encourages great performance in a fast-moving environment.Self-Motivated: You can work with a minimum of supervision and are capable of strategically prioritizing multiple tasks in a proactive manner.Work effectively across all content and training disciplines including Product Development and Management, Product Marketing, Communications, Customer Support, Finance, Legal and Sales.Strong rapport with the Sales Organization (Leadership and Repu2019s) to ensure the right on-boarding and training is put in place to improve overall sales effectiveness.u00A0The salary range for this position is $102,000 - $132,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise.u00A0 This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.u00A0u00A0u00A0
