SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
Work closely with Integrated Operations, Global Sales Organization, and Cross-Functional teams to:
Build and enforce project plans, templates, and governance for GTM transformation projects supporting the Sales, Channel, and Marketing Operations teams
Facilitate end-to-end lifecycle of inter-related projects within a program, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope: define project objective, scope, and resource requirements; establish timelines and milestones with gantt charts; minimize risks; identify and assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects; manage project budgets and resource allocation; and develop methods to monitor project or area progress
Work with cross-functional senior leadership teams for project deliverables
Manage and maintain relationships with Stakeholders and Steering Committee Members
Lead project team calls to track weekly and monthly project team updates to drive the decision making process and ensure the timeline of the deliverables is on track
Take meeting minutes and communicate project updates to project team members, leadership, and C-level executives
Create KPIs and identify key metrics of success to measure project statuses against
Think strategically about issues leading to recommendations and maximization of ROI
Manage and solve scope creep, project changes, and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Understand the Sales lifecycle and interactions a plus - how the Sales teams operate with Partners, Support, Marketing, Renewals, etc.
Proficient technical background/career to be able to converse in standard storage industry terminology
Ability to independently research, analyze, and recommend solutions and best practices
Requires strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Requires organizational personality and vision
Requires slide deck preparation and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
MS Office and/or G Suite experience required
Smartsheet (or Project Management tool equivalent) experience a plus
Project Management experience and/or certifications a plus
Can-do attitude
High attention to detail
Appetite for and ability to adapt and learn on the fly
Team player
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
