We are looking for a passionate and experienced sales professional to join our sales team.
You will be using your consultative sales skills to promote the benefits of our network to members who have expressed interest through our website, and that have already had a conversation with a business development manager. You will be speaking to Non–executives, Directors, Consultants, and other high–level professionals about their careers, and how our network can support them.
Role Responsibilities???
??Speaking with Executives, Consultants, and high–level individuals directly, discussing their career aspirations and personal drivers on the phone and email
??Discuss with members and potential members about our platform and its services, and helping them find the best package to excel in their career
??Managing the sale of add–on services and training packages
??Managing your own pipeline and diary
??Closing deals
??Building and maintaining a CRM database
??Achieving sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.
??Participating in sales meeting
??Meeting KPI's
??Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
??Possess in depth product knowledge and be able to relay objection handling

??Sales experience and a successful track record in selling on a conceptual level.
??Experience in liaising with C–Suite individuals
??Ability to learn new products
??Selling experience on a conceptual level
??Previous experience in speaking with C–level individuals
??3 years plus in a sales environment
??Confidence in closing deals
