You will need to have:
Minimum 2 years proven working experience as a Real Estate Sales Representative and/or Broker;
Excellent knowledge of RECO and OREB rules and regulations;
The organizational skills to set priorities, plan, and manage multiple transactions under deadlines;
The ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-moving environment,
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis;
Strong sales, negotiation, and excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Self-managed and motivated mindset with a passion to succeed.
It would be great if you had:
Experience with marketing, both online and print;
Strong technology focus;
A detail-oriented nature with a passion for problem solving;
An understanding of the mortgage industry and how it works;
Microsoft Office familiarity.
