The goals of this position will be to increase Getinge's market share, develop and encourage strong customer relationships, build brand loyalty, and to provide customer satisfaction.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eu003cbu003e The Position u003c/bu003eu003cbru003eu003cbru003eThis role is responsible for:u003cbru003eu003cbru003eu003culu003e u003cliu003e Selling equipment to all potential and existing customers. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Create strategic selling business plans for all customer opportunities. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Serve as a key business partner to clients in the field and develop and maintain strong relationships. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Track, report and analyze each sales opportunity with your manager on a routine basis utilizing a CRM. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Develop relationships with hospital personnel through meetings, participation in conferences, make new contacts within hospital and to identify key purchasing decision makers to facilitate future sales. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Determine product and pricing, goals, product usage, and types of cases handled by specific customers by meeting with and asking in-depth questions of physicians and other hospital personnel. Learn which Getinge products can best address their specific needs. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Forecasting, monitoring, closing and providing post-sales support of all territory business. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Promote all CP and CS product offerings, including all equipment lines, training programs and service contracts. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g. clinical research, pricing and/or marketing) to develop optimal solutions. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Plan, prioritize, monitor, and track all sales cycle events. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Lead follow-up, sales planning, and territory management. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Manage or complete product demonstration/ evaluation events and assist in installation and post-sales support. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Monitor and report customer satisfaction, support, or issues, to your manager. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Monitor and update individual forecasted sales data on weekly basis with focus on accuracy to your manager. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Responsible for meeting individual order and sales targets as provided by management. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g. slides, manuals) to secure purchasing commitments. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Observe actual procedures in the operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the specific nuances of each physician and member of the O.R. staff. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Performs other related duties as required or assigned. u003c/liu003e u003c/ulu003eu003cbru003eThis role will be located in Vancouver, BC or Calgary, AB.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eu003cbu003e The Ideal Candidate u003c/bu003eu003cbru003eu003cbru003eWe are looking for the following experience, knowledge and abilities:u003cbru003eu003cbru003eu003culu003e u003cliu003e Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Minimum of 3 years medical device and preferably high dollar capital sales experience which includes direct selling experience to physicians, other clinicians and hospitals/IDNs (Integrated Delivery Network). u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Ability to travel internationally (Passport required). u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Ability to drive a company vehicle (valid driver's license required). u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Solid understanding and application of business concepts, procedures and medical device reprocessing practices. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Demonstrated ability to exceed business plan/quota, and able to develop sales plans for all required opportunities. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Capable of managing time and resources within the assigned territory in conjunction with near-term plans to ensure the territory's objectives are achieved. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and maintaining honesty, integrity and excellent work ethics. u003c/liu003e u003cliu003e Able to enhance teamwork within the region and maintain a collaborative relationship with all levels of the organization.
