The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment. Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative maintains relationship with current agencies and potential accounts. Supports the external sales team and resolves agent’s issues/problems.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales retention of current Intermex Agencies Develop strong relationship existing and new Intermex Agents Collaberate with external Sales team to implement and execute sales strategies Develop strong relationships with Agencies Assist sales Representatives and other internal Departments Participate to increase sales results with customers and submit daily updates to manager Receiving and to do calls (solving problems with the agents), preparation of letters and statements. Work on special projects per management request Develop new agencies Daily call maintenance of high volume agencies
Other Functions
Credit adjustments to the agencies to be authorized by the supervisor/manager Use team track as tool to order equipments, promotional material.
Education and/or Experience
High School or equivalent
At least two (2) years experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
Ability to work in a diverse group environment setting
Ability to apply analytical thinking and concepts
Proficient with Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
Excellent Salary potential. Potential earnings commensurate on experience.
