We’re looking for a highly collaborative, outcome-oriented Strategic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to close a large number of small sales opportunities, drive customer value using value selling framework and acquire skills for long term development as a sales representative.

What you’ll do & achieve:
Work with Account Executives to research customer needs and qualifying new leads into sales opportunities.
Work independently to produce contracts and close sales
Maintain territory and opportunity plans to achieve sales targets.
Maintain an accurate customer and sales records and forecast a profitable and predictable territory performance through adherence of our sales process
Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to customers, and following up on leads.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
Keep up with product and service information, updates and develop opportunities to upselling and cross sell.
Stay informed about competing products and services.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Sales experience with track record of overachieving quota
Highly organized and can multi-task several sales cycles in parallel
Knowledge of business process, roles, and organizational structure
A team player in a high-energy, collaborative sales team environment
Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
Ability to align technology solutions to complex, multi-stakeholder business problems and utilize strategic thinking skills to solve customer problems
