Bristol-Myers Squibb Finland is looking for a Key Account Manager, Immuno-Oncology
In this role you will develop and execute sales activities, launch district plan in alignment with the national product strategy, develop and secure national and regional activities in close cooperation with Marketing, Medical and Market Access. Implement the definition of target segments and secure frequent calls upon specialist customers. Ideal location for the candidate is Helsinki-Uusimaa or Tampere.
Key responsibilities and expected areas of Competences (i.e. skills and abilities):
Maintains consistent contact with specialists, through sales calls, department meetings, symposia, Peer-to-Peer meetings and national congresses including an increasing use of new channels.
Communicates clearly, logically and concisely in a variety of settings including formal group presentations and written communication.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills and ability to work independently.
Candidate is able to share innovative ideas with his/her manager and team in order to achieve competitive superiority.
Seeks in-depth information from customers in order to thoroughly understand their need and seeks effective ways to deliver customer feedback.
Develops Account plan in collaboration with the BUM, Immuno-Oncology and with the cross-functional team.
Previous experience and knowledge:
Nurse, pharmacist, commercial or other relevant higher education within health care beneficial.
Five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and hospital market. Preferably as Product Specialist or Key Account Manager.
Experience with certain therapeutic areas (oncology, hematology) and product launches is an asset.
Documented track record of sales excellence.
Experience from multifunctional collaborative team work
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
Good English language skills
