In this role, youu2019ll be responsible for a team of AEs selling into small and medium businesses. Youu2019ll work both to train new reps to build, nurture, and close opportunities, and to coach tenured reps to help maximize their professional and personal success. Your team will work closely with SDRs and Marketing to provide a consistent feedback loop.
