We are looking for a driven Key Account Manager with experience in stakeholder and account management.

What’s the role?

To develop and manage long-term customer relationships with key accounts and to co-ordinate the activities of all service providers supporting these accounts to achieve the overall sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience

Agree, monitor and achieve sales target for both new and existing customers, including JOEM GPO business, global account, Franchise Workshop and Quick Lubes development:


Financial performance indicators of volume, C3, DSO, and OPEX;
Quick Lubes long term expansion & business profitability target as well manage operational performance of quick lubes with respective team;
Sales productivity performance indicator of Pipeline Strength, Target Delivered, Hit Rate, Cycle Time;
Spend significant time coaching and jointly visiting major customers and prospects to develop skills, knowledge and motivate team to achieve targets;
Practices Imperative behaviors, HSSE policies, and Shell Business Principles for her/himself & team;
Develop and maintain good working relationships with all Support Functions to assist sales in resolving complex issues and improve customer satisfaction;
Jointly with Marketing assess business performance, Strategy, CVPs, Price Management and Customer Offer book, and take appropriate action to improve performance;
Effectively use Sales 1st, Price Management, SnOP and Customer Promise processes and tools, to ensure Shell is providing the required level of service to both customers and support functions


What we need from you


Experienced in managing B2C franchise workshop and quick lubes;
Understanding of supply chain, demand/supply planning and portfolio process is required;
Able to manage collaboration with local sales/operations, marketing functions, pricing team; supply chain and global focal points;
Excellent stakeholder manage of both customers and internal Shell team;
Experience capturing value through pricing strategy & management.
